UniSoft SecureSMS

Why SMS isn't really secure?

  • Operators are able to access the SMS messages, while they provide no grantee on service security.
  •  SMS messages may travel through Message Centers via the Internet, which makes them vulnerable.
  •  Sender ID (cellular phone number) can be manipulated for application originated SMS massages or while SMS messages travel the Internet across Message Centers.
  • Critical messages, alerts and transactions can be resent over and over again to the benefit of some attacker or to cause disturbance.

UniSoft's SecureSMS is an innovative end to end security, with a unique set of security features :

  • Anti-Replay so that messages captured and re-sent by an attacker are invalid.
  • Strong Identity so that the receiver has confidence of the message origination.
  • Privacy through message encryption.
  • Message Integrity so that message content change is detectable.
  • Compression so that larger messages take less number of SMS messages to send.

» Now with UniSoft's SecureSMS, organizations working in healthcare, financial transactions, government , systems monitoring/security, and mobile advertising/marketing, now have the ability to exchange critical information securely on the mobile device.
